Minimizing my gambling risk

In the real world, it is not possible, or even desirable, to avoid or eliminate all risk. What is important is to learn how to deal with risks. The above quote says that in life, both the cards and the playing matter. This means that, as a gambler, it is important to know how to play in order to make it a more positive experience. Maintaining discipline is as important as minimizing risk in keeping a healthy approach to gambling. In the following table, write what low- and high-risk behaviours related to gambling apply to you and then consider ways you might manage any high-risk behaviours.
